Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, chopped
2 tbsp oats
1 x 450ml tub organic Greek yogurt, with honey
1 tbsp clear honey
ice cubes, crushed (optional)

Method

Put everything into a liquidiser and process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve straight away.
Comments:
Add some ground cinnamon once poured into the glass
